TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your registration, login, subscription, access, and use of The Investing League trading platform, including trading bot tools, market scanner, signals, technical indicators, dashboards, reports, trade journal, educational materials, alerts, and any related services. By creating an account, logging in, subscribing, clicking “I Accept”, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register, log in, subscribe, access, or use the platform. 1. Nature of the Platform The Investing League is a technology-based trading decision-support platform. The platform may provide: Market scanner Trading signals Technical indicator analysis Signal confidence score Signal grades such as A+, A, B, or Watch Asset-wise market analysis Timeframe-based signal output Trade journal Performance tracking Educational and analytical insights Risk reminders and trading discipline tools The platform is not a guaranteed profit system. It does not promise fixed income, fixed returns, capital safety, or trade success. The platform is only a decision-support and educational tool. The final trading decision is always the sole responsibility of the user. 2. Account Registration and Login To use the platform, the user must create or receive a login account. The user agrees to provide accurate and complete details during registration, including name, mobile number, email address, and any other required information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The user must not: Share login access with others Sell or rent their account Allow another person to use their account Create fake accounts Use another user’s account Attempt to bypass login restrictions Attempt to access admin areas without permission Any activity done through the user’s login account will be treated as the activity of that user. 3. Mandatory Acceptance of Terms Before accessing the platform dashboard, the user must accept these Terms & Conditions. The platform may record: User ID Name Email/mobile number Terms version accepted Date and time of acceptance IP address Device/browser information Login history Once accepted, the user cannot later claim that they were unaware of the risks, refund policy, signal limitations, or platform rules. If the Terms & Conditions are updated, the platform may require the user to accept the latest version before continuing usage. 4. No Investment Advice The platform does not provide personalised investment advice, financial advice, portfolio advice, legal advice, tax advice, or guaranteed trading calls. All signals, scores, alerts, grades, and outputs are generated based on technical indicators, market data, algorithms, and platform logic. The user understands that even a strong signal, A+ signal, high-confidence signal, premium signal, or confirmed signal can result in loss. The user must independently verify every trade before entering. 5. Trading Risk Disclosure Trading involves high risk. The user clearly understands and accepts that: Trading may result in partial or complete loss of funds. No signal is 100% accurate. Market conditions can change within seconds. News, volatility, spread, liquidity, slippage, broker delay, internet delay, or execution error can affect trade results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Back-tested, demo-tested, or historically successful strategies can fail in live markets. The platform does not guarantee daily profit, weekly profit, monthly income, capital protection, or recovery of losses. The user must not trade with loan money, emergency funds, family funds, borrowed money, rent money, business working capital, or money they cannot afford to lose. 6. User’s Own Responsibility The user is fully responsible for: Choosing whether to trade or not Selecting trade amount Selecting broker/platform Selecting asset/pair Selecting expiry time Entering the trade manually or through any third-party system Managing capital Managing risk Accepting profit or loss Maintaining discipline Understanding legal restrictions in their country The Investing League shall not be responsible for any loss arising from the user’s trading decisions. 7. No Handling of User Funds The Investing League does not collect, hold, pool, manage, deposit, withdraw, trade, or control user trading funds. Users must not transfer trading capital to The Investing League unless it is a valid subscription/platform fee. All trading funds are handled only by the user through their selected broker, exchange, or trading platform. The Investing League is not responsible for: Broker deposit issues Withdrawal delays Frozen accounts Rejected trades Platform manipulation Spread/slippage Blocked accounts Broker-side losses Third-party platform disputes Any issue between user and broker For forex-related activity in India, users must ensure they use only legally authorised persons/platforms. RBI has cautioned against unauthorised forex trading platforms and has stated that resident persons using unauthorised ETPs may face action under FEMA. 8. Signal Accuracy Limitation The user understands that trading signals are generated by algorithmic and technical conditions. Signals may be affected by: Data delay Candle delay API error Internet issue Server issue Market gap Spread change Sudden volatility News events Low liquidity Broker execution delay User entering late Wrong expiry selection Price moving before entry The platform does not guarantee that a signal will result in profit. Signal grades such as A+, A, B, Strong, Watch, or High Confidence are internal analytical classifications only. They are not guarantees. 9. Scan Usage and API Limit The user may receive scan access based on their subscription plan. The platform may limit: Number of scans per day Number of assets Number of timeframes Number of devices Auto-refresh access Premium signals Journal/report access Historical data access The user agrees that API usage is controlled by the platform. The user must not abuse scan usage, automate repeated scan requests, overload servers, attempt to bypass limits, or misuse API access. The platform may suspend or restrict accounts that create abnormal usage, suspicious activity, excessive requests, or technical risk. 10. Assigned Assets and Plan-Based Access Access to assets, pairs, markets, timeframes, and features may vary based on the user’s subscription plan. The admin/platform has the right to assign, restrict, modify, or remove asset access at any time based on plan, payment status, compliance, technical availability, or business decision. Example: Basic users may receive limited assets. Premium users may receive additional assets. Certain users may receive only 5-minute signals. Certain users may receive 5-minute and 15-minute signals. Suspended or expired users may lose all access. The user cannot demand access to all assets unless their active plan specifically includes it. 11. Subscription Terms Platform access is provided based on paid subscription or approved access. Subscription may be monthly, quarterly, yearly, trial-based, or custom-plan based. The subscription starts from the date of activation unless otherwise mentioned. The user must pay the full subscription fee before access is activated. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in automatic suspension or termination of access. The platform may modify subscription pricing, plan features, asset access, usage limits, or renewal terms at any time. 12. Payment Terms All platform fees must be paid through approved payment methods. The user agrees that platform fees are charged for access to the software, tools, data analysis, dashboard, scanning system, educational features, and related platform services. Payment for subscription does not mean payment for guaranteed profit. Payment does not create any right to receive profitable trades, loss recovery, capital protection, or fixed returns. 13. Refund Policy All payments made for subscription, activation, setup, platform access, trading bot access, signal access, scanner access, dashboard access, educational access, or premium features are generally non-refundable once access is activated. Refunds will not be provided for: Trading loss Failed signal Wrong trade taken by user Late entry by user Missed trade Market reversal Broker delay Broker rejection Internet issue Device issue User misunderstanding User not using the platform User changing their mind User expecting guaranteed profit Loss caused by volatility Loss caused by news movement Account suspension due to violation Termination due to misuse Expired subscription Partial usage of subscription Refund may be considered only in the following cases: Duplicate payment received for the same plan Payment deducted but access not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side Service discontinued by us before user activation Any other case approved solely by the platform Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway processing time. The final refund decision rests with the platform. 14. No Refund for Trading Loss The user clearly agrees that no refund will be given because of trading loss. The subscription fee is for platform access only. It is not linked to trade success, profit, win rate, capital growth, or trading outcome. Even if the user follows a platform signal and incurs loss, no refund will be applicable. 15. Cancellation Policy The user may request cancellation of future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically qualify the user for a refund of the active plan. The user may continue using the platform until the end of the active subscription period unless the account is suspended or terminated due to violation. 16. Account Suspension The platform may temporarily suspend user access if: Payment is pending Subscription has expired Suspicious login is detected Multiple-device misuse is detected Login sharing is suspected User violates platform rules User abuses scan/API usage User creates technical risk User violates legal or compliance requirements User behaves abusively with support/team members During suspension, the user may lose access to dashboard, scanner, signals, journal, reports, and assigned assets. Suspension does not create refund rights. 17. Account Termination The platform reserves the right to permanently terminate any user account without refund if the user: Shares login credentials Resells signals Copies platform content Screenshots and distributes paid signals without permission Reverse-engineers the platform Attempts to hack or scrape the system Uses the platform for illegal trading activity Creates fake accounts Misuses trial access Abuses the team Makes false public allegations Files fraudulent payment disputes Violates payment terms Violates these Terms & Conditions Creates legal, financial, reputational, or technical risk to the platform Upon termination, the user will lose access to all platform features. No refund will be provided for terminated accounts. 18. Admin Rights The platform admin has the right to: Create user accounts Approve or reject users Assign subscription plans Assign assets and timeframes Suspend users Terminate users View scan history View trade journal entries View API usage Track terms acceptance Upload or update Terms & Conditions Restrict features Modify platform access Investigate misuse The user agrees that platform access is controlled by the admin based on plan, payment, compliance, and platform policy. 19. Trade Journal Disclaimer The trade journal is provided only for tracking and self-review. The user is responsible for entering correct trade results. The platform is not responsible for incorrect journal entries, wrong result marking, missed entries, manipulated data, or user reporting errors. Journal analytics are for educational and review purposes only. They do not guarantee future performance. 20. Educational Purpose All content, signals, explanations, technical indicators, strategy labels, confidence scores, and trading notes are provided for educational and analytical purposes. The user must not treat the platform as a guaranteed income system. The platform does not encourage reckless trading, overtrading, revenge trading, or trading without risk management. 21. Automated Trading / Algo Disclaimer If the platform provides automation, bot execution, broker integration, or API-based order placement in the future, the user understands that automated trading carries additional risks. These risks include: API failure Duplicate order Delayed order Rejected order Wrong quantity Wrong asset Server downtime Broker downtime Exchange/platform failure Data-feed error Internet disconnection System bug Market movement before execution The platform shall not be liable for losses caused by automation or third-party systems. For Indian capital markets, SEBI’s retail algo framework includes broker/API control, exchange requirements, and monitoring for algorithmic orders, so any live order-execution feature should be launched only after legal and compliance review. 22. Third-Party Data and Broker Dependency The platform may depend on third-party services such as: Market data providers Broker APIs Charting tools Payment gateways Hosting providers Email/SMS/WhatsApp services Authentication systems Analytics tools The platform is not responsible for loss, delay, error, downtime, wrong data, missing candles, or failed signals caused by third-party services. 23. Data Accuracy The platform attempts to provide accurate market data and analysis, but it does not guarantee that all data will be complete, real-time, uninterrupted, or error-free. The user must verify price, candle, spread, expiry, and market condition before trading. The platform will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect, delayed, or missing data. 24. Device and Internet Responsibility The user is responsible for maintaining: Stable internet connection Working device Updated browser Secure login access Correct system time Proper broker access Ability to manually verify signals The platform is not responsible for loss caused by user-side device or internet issues. 25. Prohibited Activities The user must not: Copy the platform Clone the platform Modify source code Reverse-engineer signal logic Extract API data illegally Share paid content publicly Sell signals to others Create Telegram/WhatsApp groups using platform signals without permission Use bots to overload the platform Attempt unauthorised admin access Use the platform for illegal financial activity Mislead others using platform name Claim platform guarantees profit Upload harmful files or scripts Damage platform reputation through false claims Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund. 26. Intellectual Property All platform content, design, signal logic, dashboard design, strategy framework, scanner logic, technical structure, text, branding, reports, educational materials, and software are owned by The Investing League or its authorised owners. The user receives only limited access to use the platform during the active subscription period. The user does not receive ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, source code rights, or intellectual property rights. 27. Privacy and Data Usage The platform may collect and store user data for account management, subscription control, security, support, compliance, platform improvement, and dispute resolution. This may include: Name Email Mobile number Login history Subscription details Terms acceptance records Scan history Trade journal entries Device/browser data IP address Payment reference details The platform will not sell user personal data to unauthorised third parties. 28. Security The user must keep login credentials secure. The platform may block access if suspicious activity is detected. The platform is not responsible for loss caused by: User sharing password Weak password Public device login User account compromise Phishing User negligence The user must immediately inform support if unauthorised access is suspected. 29. Platform Availability The platform may be unavailable due to: Maintenance Server issue API issue Upgrade Bug fix Security update Payment gateway issue Third-party service failure Regulatory or legal reasons The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime does not automatically qualify for refund. 30. Modification of Service The platform reserves the right to modify, upgrade, restrict, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time. This includes: Signal logic Asset list Timeframes Scan limits Subscription plans Dashboard design Journal features Reports API usage rules Admin policies The user cannot claim compensation due to platform changes. 31. No Warranty The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The platform does not warrant that: Signals will always be accurate Trades will be profitable Platform will be error-free Market data will always be live User will recover losses User will achieve any fixed income The platform will suit every trading style The platform will be available at all times 32. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Investing League shall not be liable for: Trading loss Loss of capital Loss of profit Missed opportunity Broker issue Data issue API failure Signal failure User mistake Emotional distress Business loss Reputation loss Indirect or consequential damages If any liability is legally established, the maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the user for the active plan period. 33. User Declaration By using the platform, the user declares: I am using this platform voluntarily. I understand trading involves risk. I understand signals can fail. I understand no profit is guaranteed. I understand I am responsible for my trades. I understand the platform does not handle my trading funds. I understand no refund will be given for trading losses. I understand my account can be suspended or terminated for violation. I understand I must follow applicable laws and regulations. I accept these Terms & Conditions fully. 34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through written communication with platform support. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
